Mr. Bellon earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Kansas, and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri. He is admitted to practice law in the states of California, Missouri and Alaska. Mr. Bellon is also admitted to practice before each District Court within the State of California and has been certified and sworn under the Uniform Code of Military Justice to practice before military tribunals. His practice focuses on civil litigation with an emphasis on Personal Injury.
He has extensive litigation experience and has successfully tried several high profile cases before a jury. Mr. Bellon has both prosecuted and defended a wide spectrum of criminal matters to include drug distribution, kidnapping and capital murder. In his civil practice, Mr. Bellon has gained successful resolution for his clients through litigation, determined negotiation and formal mediation.
Prior to beginning his career in Civil Litigation, Mr. Bellon served on active duty as an officer in the United States Marine Corps. He remains active in the United States Marine Corps Reserve having served two combat tours in support of OPERATION IRAQI FREEDOM and currently commands a rifle battalion located in the southeast United States as a Lieutenant Colonel.
